Prefabricated Booths

WALL CONSTRUCTION: Composite wall panels of .063 aluminum sheet exterior
wall with 1-1/2” rigid insulation providing a minimum “R” factor
of 7; interior finish pre-finished white .050 aluminum sheet.

STRUCTURAL FRAME: .125 aluminum tube concealed in walls and floor,
formed for accuracy and quality according to booth design and dimensions;
no exposed fasteners.

FINISH: All exterior surfaces coated with two coats chemical and graffiti
resistant DuPont IMRON© polyurethane enamel. Color as selected
by architect/owner from manufacturer’s standard color chart.

ROOF: Composite 3” thick panel of rigid polyurethane insulation
with pre-finished white stucco embossed .032 aluminum sheet top and
bottom, providing an “R” factor of 19. Drain scupper provided
for water runoff.

FLOOR: Aluminum treadplate floor finish over floor supports of structural
.125 aluminum tube welded to frame as integral part of the entire framing
system. Included are pre-engineered interior anchor points in floor
for concealed anchoring.

DOORS: Heavy-duty aluminum constructed door, top-suspended, with high
security mortise type hook-bolt lock. Door to be fully weather-stripped.
Single-hung window or fixed vision window provided in upper half of
door utilizing 1/4” tempered safety glass.

GLAZING: All flat windows to be 1/4” tempered safety glass.
Curved windows to be mar-resistant polycarbonate. Sliding windows have
heavy-duty aluminum framing, positive cam lock and 1/8″ (min.)
tempered safety glass.

COUNTER: Plywood counter covered with plastic laminate per drawings.Standard
finish color is white. Locking cash/storage drawer optional..

ELECTRICAL: All wiring to meet NEC standards; all components to be
UL listed. System voltage to be 120/240 volt, 60Hz, single phase, 3
wire. Standard lighting to be two-tube 40W fluorescent fixtures, ceiling
mounted with wraparound acrylic lens diffuser. Duplex receptacles and
light switch mounted as required per drawings. Roof-mounted HVAC or
wall-mounted HVAC (size and output varies) provided as optional accessories.
All electrical components pre-wired in surface-mounted 1/2” EMT
conduit to circuit breaker panel.

Booths can be modified for Handicap Accessibility.

Booths are shipped completely assembled, pre-finished and pre-wired, ready for immediate use.
