WALLS: 2″ (or 3″ depending on unit size) thick composite panel with .063 smooth prefinished aluminum exterior face, 1-1/2″ rigid polystyrene insulation, .050 aluminum interior finish, prefinished white. Exterior and interior wall face precision formed for accurate fit with no exposed fasteners. Larger units with 3″ framing include 3″ rigid insulation and ½” ext. grade plywood interior wall mechanically fastened to aluminum frame, with .050 prefinished white aluminum sheet adhered to plywood.
ROOF: Composite 3″ thick panel of rigid polystyrene insulation with pre-finished white, stucco embossed .032 aluminum sheet top and bottom, providing an “R” factor of 17.
12” high aluminum fascia standard with 3” overhang.
DOOR: Heavy-duty aluminum constructed sliding door, top-suspended, with high security mortise-type hook-bolt lock. Door to be fully weather-stripped. Fixed vision window provided in upper half of door utilizing 1/4″ tempered safety glass.
FLOOR: Heavy-duty aluminum treadplate floor covering. Floor supports of .125″ aluminum tube welded to frame as an integral part of the entire frame structure. Pre-engineered and pre-drilled 1/4″ anchor clips attached to booth frame.
GLAZING: 1/4″ tempered safety glass set in aluminum glazing sash frames. Wraparound, butt-corner glass available in the Clear-Vu Model.
COUNTER: Two ¾” plywood counters with plastic laminate finish. Size and location as per shop drawings.
ELECTRICAL: All wiring to meet NEC standards; all components to be UL listed. System voltage to be 120/240 volt, 60Hz, single phase. Standard lighting to be two-tube 40W fluorescent fixtures, ceiling mounted with wraparound acrylic lens diffuser. Duplex receptacles and light switch mounted as required per drawings. Two 4”x4”empty junction boxes provided for telephone & data. Roof-mounted HVAC (providing 13,500BTU cooling/5,600BTU heat) provided as an optional accessory. All electrical components pre-wired in surface-mounted 1/2″ EMT conduit to circuit breaker panel.
