STRUCTURAL FRAME: 14 Gauge galvanized steel (conforming to ASTM A 500, Grade B) tubular uni-frame, all joints welded. All exposed welds ground smooth.

WALLS: Exterior and interior walls to be 16 Ga. galvanized steel, precision formed for accurate fit with no exposed fasteners, flush fit. 1-3/4″ rigid polystyrene foam (R-9) insulation.

FINISH: All steel surfaces coated with two coats chemical and graffiti resistant DuPont IMRON© polyurethane enamel over two coats high build, rust inhibitive industrial primer. Color as selected by architect/owner from manufacturer’s standard color chart.

ROOF: Composite 3″ thick panel of polystyrene insulation with pre-finished white, stucco embossed .032 aluminum sheet top and bottom, providing an “R” factor of 17. Drain scupper provided for water runoff. 8″ high galvanized steel fascia standard with 3″ overhang.

DOOR: Heavy duty constructed sliding door, top-suspended, with high security mortise-type hook-bolt lock. Door to be fully weather-stripped. Sliding window or fixed vision window provided in upper half of door utilizing 1/4″ tempered safety glass. Heavy-duty swing door provided as an option or in lieu of sliding door.

FLOOR: Aluminum treadplate floor finish over weather protected 3/4″ exterior grade plywood. Floor supports to be structural 14 gauge steel welded to frame as an integral part of entire framing system. Pre-engineered and pre-drilled 1/4″ steel anchor clips welded to booth frame.

GLAZING: 1/4″ tempered safety glass set in aluminum glazing sash frames. Wraparound, butt-corner glass available in the Clear-Vu Model.

COUNTER: Heavy duty steel or plastic laminate counter(s) by size and location as per drawings. Locking cash/storage drawer optional.

ELECTRICAL: All wiring to meet NEC standards; all components to be UL listed. System voltage to be 120/240 volt, 60Hz, single phase, 3 wire. Standard lighting to be two-tube 40W fluorescent fixtures, ceiling mounted with wraparound acrylic lens diffuser. Duplex receptacles and light switch mounted as required per drawings. Roof-mounted HVAC (providing 13,500BTU cooling / 5,600BTU heat) or wall-mounted HVAC (size and output varies) provided as optional accessories. All electrical components pre-wired in surface-mounted 1/2″ EMT conduit to circuit breaker panel.
