This particular large guard booth, also known as guard building or guard house is 6’6 x 16′ and has an ADA compliant restroom. The guard booth with restroom is currently located in Miami, Florida at an CNG facility. The guard building is manufactured out of heavy-duty aluminum construction. Other items included in the security booth are Low E insulated impact resistant glass, wall-mounted heating & cooling unit, pre-wired electrical package, nonskid aluminum treadplate floor and plastic laminate workstation. This guard building is approved under the State of Florida modular building program to meet HVHZ requirements of Miami-Dade County and 175mph winds.
