Refurbished guard booths have been restored to near new condition. Most all exteriors have been repainted, interiors removed and reinstalled, all electrical switches, lights and outlet components have been checked, repaired or replaced. A water test has been performed to ensure there are no leaks. Doors have been checked for proper operation. Essentially they are completely functional, ready for many more years of service. HVAC, if operational, are included. Otherwise, a new air conditioner and/or heater can be installed at a reasonable cost.

All units include: Heavy-duty construction, insulated walls and roof, tempered safety glass, heavy-duty entry door(s) with commercial grade lock, at least one work counter, pre-wired electrical package. HVAC can be added to any unit.
