Security Booth of the Month

Back in 2017, MFI# 17-032, 999 Ponce located in Coral Gables, Florida wanted a small security booth to oversee security in the parking lot. They decided to go with our standard Vista Series 4’ x 7’ prefabricated aluminum security booth. This particular security, also known as guard booth has included impact resistant glass, wall-mounted heating and cooling unit, one sliding door, plastic laminate counter, and pre-wired electrical package. This particular security guard booth is State of Florida modular building approved to meet Miami Dade hurricane wind load requirements. It gives the ability for the security officer to have a location to view the entire parking lot while being able to be sheltered from the extreme heat of South Florida. Our booths are durable, long-lasting and require minimal maintenance.
