Security Booth of the Month – July 2025

MFI 23014 – Cheney Brothers

Cheney Brothers, a food distribution company has been updating the entrances to their warehouses by adding a new Prefabricated Aluminum Security Booth with a Standing Seam Metal Roof. They picked our booths because they are made of heavy-duty aluminum and will not rust or deteriorate over time. Our booths are also manufactured to meet or exceed all State of Florida hurricane wind requirements including Miami Dade and Broward Counties.

This booth is 8’ x 16’ with an ADA compliant restroom in the rear portion of the booth. This allows for the security guard to never have to leave their post while working. Located in Pt St Lucie, Florida, the booth included the standing seam metal roof, Low E insulated impact resistant glass, split-pack heat & cooling unit, multiple entry doors, plastic laminate counter and pre-wired electrical package.

The booth is approved through the State of Florida modular building program.
