Off Lease Only has been a consistently great customer of Mardan’s. They have purchased numerous amounts of guard booths, also known as security booths for the different locations they have across Florida. Locations included Miami, Ft Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. In Bradenton, they decided to open a new location and once again called upon Mardan to supply a prefabricated guard booth, also known as prefab guard booth or prefab security booth for there new location. This particular security booth is 9’ x 12’ and manufactured out of our heavy-duty prefinished white aluminum. The security guard booth included two sliding entry doors, Low E insulated impact resistant glass, plastic laminate counter, pre-wired electrical package including multiple interior LED lights and duplex receptacles, and non-skid aluminum treadplate floor. This guard booth is approved under the State of Florida modular building program to meet hurricane impact resistance requirements of Manatee County.

The guard booth 20036 is one of Mardan guard booth / security booth applications. All Mardan security booths are prefabricated, portable and factory-assembled with aluminum construction. The portable guard booth is easy to move with a forklift.
