Security Booth of The Month – January 2025

For the Booth of the Month in January 2025, we are going with MFI 24009 Three Resorts Hotel. A Marriot property located in Islamorada, Florida. This security booth needed to have a more upscale look versus the standard prefabricated guard booth. The hotel wanted to go with something that would blend in nicely with the newly renovated hotel. After having back and forth conversation, we came up with our “Diplomat Series.” Our “Diplomat Series” has the quality of our standard Vista Series Security Booths but with some upgrades. Those upgrades include, standing seam metal roof, custom wall-moldings in the exterior wall panels, & colonial-style window mullions. The booth is 7’ x 10’ in size and is ADA compliant. It also has impact resistant glass and wall-mounted heating & cooling unit. Our aluminum construction was the key for them because it will not rust or deteriorate being so close to the ocean. Plus, this booth is State of Florida modular building approved to meet 180mph hurricane wind speed requirements for Monroe County and is designed to be installed in a flood zone.
