21-014 FIS Building

Back in 2021, the FIS Building located in Jacksonville, Florida purchased this Prefabricated Aluminum Security Booth with ADA restroom for the headquarters building. This booth is 8’ x 15’ and has multiple entry doors so the security officer located inside the building would have access to both sides of the booth. They included in the custom overhang of the booth recessed downlights for this unit to be used for 24-hour operation. The booth was painted a custom silver color and is approved through the State of Florida modular building code. The security shack included a split-pack heating & cooling unit, pre-wired electrical package with lights and outlets, multiple sliding transaction windows, plastic laminate workstation for the security guard, aluminum non-skid treadplate flooring, and ADA restroom located in the back of the booth. This allows for the guard to not have to leave the booth to use the restroom.
